Purpose

Đề xuất thêm các tính năng AI mới cho từng area để giảm thời gian quyết định và tăng khả năng hành động ngay từ Search.
Giữ nguyên nguyên tắc nhất quán của Smart Search hiện tại: Intent x Context x Depth.

Scope boundary

Tài liệu này là lớp mở rộng proposed, chưa override contract đang active.
Intent mới trong tài liệu này ở trạng thái candidate, cần qua governance review trước khi đưa vào taxonomy chính thức.

1) Design principles cho AI mở rộng

Actionable first: mọi widget AI phải có CTA hành động ngay, không chỉ hiển thị insight.
Explainable: mỗi đề xuất có lý do ngắn và dữ liệu nguồn chính.
Context-locked: output phải bám area/page hiện tại, không trả lời chung chung.
Low-friction: user có thể hoàn thành bước đầu trong <= 2 thao tác.
Safe fallback: thiếu dữ liệu thì trả onboarding insight + route fallback thay vì dead-end.

4) UX pattern để xem thông tin hiệu quả hơn

4.1 Decision Card Stack (áp dụng mọi area)

Card 1: What matters now (1 dòng).
Card 2: Why (1-2 chips reason).
Card 3: Do this (1 CTA rõ).

4.2 Progressive Evidence Drawer

Mặc định hiển thị summary ngắn.
Expand để xem dữ liệu nguồn (freshness, sample size, source modules).
Giảm cognitive load cho user không cần đào sâu.

4.3 Cross-area continuity chip

Ví dụ: từ Practice sang Vocabulary hiển thị chip Từ lỗi vừa gặp.
Chip click một lần để mở đúng lane mục tiêu, giữ returnTo context.

7) Rollout đề xuất theo rủi ro thấp

Wave 1 (low-risk, đọc nhanh):

9) Risk controls

Không hiển thị numeric prediction khi confidence thấp.
Với intent có khả năng gây lo lắng (risk, plateau): bắt buộc có microcopy trung tính + next step rõ.
Mọi intent AI -> EXEC phải có bước confirm trước side-effect.
