User-confirmed outcomes

  1. Welcome-back popover applies only to users returning after >= 3 months inactivity.
  2. Banner position is not fixed yet; place in a suitable page location.
  3. Banner must provide two actions only:
    • View Practice Management
    • Go to Exercise Bank
  4. User should not have an option to dismiss/close the banner.
  5. Banner remains visible for 7 days and then auto-hides.
