EVT 2026-02-20 - Stage A2 Scope Boundary and Yearly Cycle Refinement

Refine outside-in access and checkout baseline to remove KID-specific logic from DOL English active docs and confirm cycle model adjustments.

  1. Product boundary:
  • Parent/child household flows belong to Product KID, not DOL English.
  • DOL English Web V2 active docs must not treat KID flow as active baseline.
  1. Cycle baseline refinement:
  • Keep DOL English active cycle model simple:
    • Monthly (auto-renew),
    • One-time 3/6/12 months (non-renew; yearly = 12 months).
  1. Existing-contact signup handoff:
  • If contact already exists, route directly to login step with clear notice.
  • Keep contact prefilled.
  • Do not auto-send OTP by default at handoff.
  1. Post-signup contact requirement:
  • Do not force two recoverable channels after signup.
  • Keep as non-blocking nudge.
  • Hard gate applies only in checkout: need at least one verified recoverable contact (email or phone).
  1. Goal reminder model:
  • Keep contextual goal nudge only.
  • Cap at maximum 1 nudge/day/account.
  • No fixed weekly popup.
  • None in this refinement cluster.
