Refine DOL English Web V2 payment cycle model to simplify user-facing choice and align package taxonomy with current monetization direction.

Confirmed outcomes

1. 12-month cycle model change:

• Remove One-time 12-month non-renew from active cycle.
• Add Annual 12-month auto-renew as the 12-month plan.

2. One-time focus simplification:

• Keep one-time scope focused on 3-month and 6-month only.
• Savings comparison for one-time stays at 6-month vs 3-month.

3. Method gate alignment:

• Monthly/Annual: Card + Momo.
• One-time 3/6: Card + Momo + Bank QR/Chuyen khoan.

4. Overlap/cancel alignment:

• If one-time is active, auto-renew plan (monthly or annual) starts after one-time expiry.
• Monthly/Annual cancellation remains effective at cycle end.
