DEC-0016 - Rescue-pack touchpoints and re-prompt policy

Phần tiêu đề “DEC-0016 - Rescue-pack touchpoints and re-prompt policy”

After decline detection is confirmed, need clear delivery points and reminder behavior for the 3-exercise rescue pack.

Touchpoint policy:

  • Show rescue pack immediately when system detects decline.
  • Keep rescue pack available in Practice Management as a persistent recovery option.

User control policy:

  • User can skip rescue pack.
  • No mandatory gate and no forced sequence.

Re-prompt policy:

  • If user skips rescue pack, do not repeatedly nag by time cadence.
  • Re-prompt only when a new decline signal is detected.

Two touchpoints increase discoverability and timeliness. Skip keeps the intervention light-touch. Signal-based re-prompt avoids spam and keeps prompts relevant to real learning risk.
