DEC-0017 - Rescue-pack composition, cooldown, and inline prompt style

Context

After confirming rescue-pack touchpoints and re-prompt rule, need concrete UX behavior for composition quality and prompt pressure control.

Decision

Rescue-pack composition:

• Use hybrid structure:
  • 1 fixed warm-up exercise,
  • 2 personalized exercises based on learner weakness/trend.

Immediate prompt cooldown:

• When decline is detected and immediate rescue prompt has been shown,
• block another immediate rescue prompt for 7 days.
• During cooldown, rescue pack remains available in Practice Management.

Prompt style:

• Immediate rescue prompt uses non-blocking inline card/panel.
• Do not use blocking modal as default behavior.

Rationale

Hybrid composition keeps onboarding friction low (stable first step) while preserving personalization impact. A 7-day cooldown prevents over-prompting. Non-blocking surface keeps intervention light-touch and aligns with comfort-first policy.
