EVT 2026-02-22 - Stage F/D Reactivation Intent-aware Recommendation Handoff (Autocomplete)

Session scope

Continue autonomous hardening for return-user UX by connecting reactivation notification intent to the first recommendation set after user re-enters the platform.

Confirmed outcomes (auto-recommended defaults)

1. Reactivation notifications now carry lightweight handoff context:

• reactivation_intent_stage,
• optional seed_program, seed_skill,
• reactivation_entry_session_id.

2. First recommendation set after reminder click applies one-time seed policy:

• include at least 1 quick-win item aligned to handoff context when inventory allows,
• keep existing habit-first and entitlement rules unchanged.

3. Stage-based seed defaults:

• lost streak / 1-week inactive -> ưu tiên skill gần nhất + quick-win,
• 1-month / 1-year / recurring 3-month -> 1 quick-win + 1 trending-new item trong program.

4. Handoff guardrails:

• seed boost applies only first set in session,
• expires after first attempt start or session end,
• if inventory is missing, fallback to baseline trending_14d + easy_start_bias.

5. No behavior conflict:

• does not bypass lock/entitlement,
• does not add new follow-up when user clicks but remains idle.
