Knowledge Ops

Operational runbooks for maintaining and extending the knowledge-support lanes that feed or use Knowledge Base. Đây là nhóm runbook chuyên biệt cho knowledge workflows, không phải entrypoint chung của repo. Nếu chỉ cần dùng repo docs hoặc đóng góp docs thông thường, quay lại QUICK_GUIDES.md hoặc START_HERE.md.

Canonical entry cho operations workspace hiện tại nằm ở docs/Shared/Operations/SHR_OPS_00_Overview.md. Folder này tiếp tục được giữ như operations body lane cho knowledge workflows dưới docs/Shared/Operations/**.

Ở folder này:

• ingest = đồng bộ tài liệu nguồn vào repo dưới dạng markdown/staging
• artifact = output AI như report, slide deck, infographic, video
• promote = chọn phần đã review để đưa vào docs canonical

NotebookLM user guidance lives at repo root in docs/Shared/Operations/NOTEBOOKLM_STEP_BY_STEP.md. This folder lives outside docs/Shared/Knowledge Base/ so Knowledge Base can stay product/academic only.

Use this folder in the following order:

• AI_Ops_Adaptive_Agent_Protocol.md
  • Dùng AI agent theo intent-first protocol khi idea còn thô hoặc có thể rẽ sang nhiều loại artifact.
• NB_Ops_Knowledge_Ingestion_Workflow.md
  • Mirror Google Docs/Sheets private sources into docs/Shared/Knowledge Base/Imported/, and convert local Office/PDF documents beside their source files.
• NB_Ops_NotebookLM_Integration_Workflow.md
  • Setup and debug the NotebookLM artifact lane.
• NB_Ops_NotebookLM_Artifact_Runbook.md
  • Run artifact-specific recipes and troubleshooting for report, slide, infographic, and video generation.

This folder is human-maintained documentation.
