Session scope

Capture first concrete rules for outside-in Stage A (Entry and Access Foundation).

User-confirmed outcomes

1. All top-level intents coexist in parallel.
2. Exploration means broad discovery, including:
   • self-study exercise lists,
   • course lists.
3. After successful login, user lands on a unified home page showing resources, courses, and self-study practice options.
4. Onboarding appears after successful account registration:
   • user is taken to home first,
   • onboarding goal question is shown as a popup on home.

System defaults applied (authorized by user for unanswered items)

1. returnTo validity window: 24 hours.
2. Invalid/expired returnTo fallback: Home post-login.
3. Mixed context routing: no hard redirect; keep parallel entry surfaces with soft ranking.
