DEC-0010 - Reactivation comeback entry and welcome-back UI behavior

Context

Need clear post-click experience after reminder-driven return, without adding heavy friction or complexity.

Decision

• No dedicated comeback mode is introduced.
• If user opens reminder entry but performs no learning action, do not trigger special extra follow-up; keep base reactivation logic as-is.
• Show a quick welcome-back popover on return only for users coming back after >= 3 months inactivity.
• Show a welcome-back banner in UI during comeback period.
• Banner contains exactly two actions:
  1. View Practice Management
  2. Go to Exercise Bank
• User has no dismiss/close option for this banner.

Banner lifecycle:

• Banner is visible during the 7-day comeback window (calendar days from first successful return).
• Banner hides automatically after the 7-day window ends.

System defaults applied (for unspecified details)

• Reminder click default destination: Practice Management entry.
• Banner placement is intentionally flexible: show at a suitable, non-obstructive location per page layout.
• Comeback reward boost: not enabled.
• Comeback recommendation ordering:
  1. Program relevance
  2. Ease-of-comeback suitability
  3. Freshness/newness
• Channel attribution tracking is enabled for optimization.

Rationale

Keep comeback UX lightweight and motivating without adding another dedicated mode or noisy follow-up complexity.
