Engagement Platform - Reward Economy Governance

Purpose

• Thiết kế reward economy bền vững: khuyến khích hành vi học chất lượng, hạn chế farm và maintain fairness dài hạn.
• Kiến trúc chi tiết reward + grant pipeline tham chiếu:
  • ENG_12_Achievement_Badge_Reward_and_Batch_System.md.
  • ENG_13_Practice_and_Vocabulary_Point_Conversion_System.md.
  • ENG_14_Vocabulary_Achievement_Badge_and_Reward_System.md.

Dual-ledger Baseline

• Lifetime Ledger:
  • không giảm do spend,
  • dùng cho progression dài hạn.
• Spendable Ledger:
  • có thể earn/spend/expire/refund,
  • dùng cho đổi quà/quyền lợi.

Economy Rules

• Earn phải idempotent theo action reference.
• Spend cần inventory lock trước fulfillment.
• Fail fulfillment phải có auto-refund policy.
• Expiration policy phải có pre-notice rõ ràng.
• Reward grant từ achievement chỉ cấp 1 lần theo grant_key.
• Global ranking points và reward spendable points phải tách mục đích:
  • ranking points để xếp hạng,
  • spendable points để đổi quà.
• Quy đổi từ học tập đa module:
  • điểm xếp hạng global đọc từ learning_points,
  • điểm reward cấp theo công thức conversion tuần có cap (theo ENG_13).
• Vocabulary badge rewards:
  • dùng budget/cap riêng theo tuần (theo ENG_14),
  • không được phá cap tổng reward economy toàn nền tảng.

Coexistence Policy (Global vs Local Gamification)

• Local gamification (ví dụ Garden semantics của Vocabulary) vẫn được giữ.
• Reward economy cấp nền tảng chỉ dùng canonical ledger chung.
• Local progression metric không tự động trở thành global spendable points nếu chưa có mapping contract được duyệt.

Abuse Prevention

• Cap earn theo ngày/tuần cho các action dễ spam.
• Action self-interaction hoặc low-effort cần anti-farm filter.
• Quy đổi giá trị cao cần verification bổ sung.
• Cần batch reconciliation định kỳ để phát hiện grant sai/trùng và tự sửa có audit trail.

Financial and Operational Safety

• Reward có liên quan payment phải đồng bộ policy với billing.
• Mọi redemption phải có audit trail và SLA xử lý.
• Hủy/chargeback cần rule thu hồi quyền lợi rõ ràng.
