Vocabulary follows a lean habit-first loop: one clear action for today, limited daily queue size, and overload guard to avoid learner fatigue.

Rules

• Entry rule:
  • default CTA for active vocabulary users is immediate quick-start (Ôn ngay (5 phút)).
• Queue model:
  • session starts from Today Focus queue.
  • daily visible queue cap: 20.
  • quick-start subset: 5.
• Priority order for Today Focus:
  • due review words from active lists,
  • valid suggestions from practice result payload,
  • program/course recommended words,
  • program trending fallback.
• Overload governor:
  • if due backlog >40, pause new-word intake into Today Focus and keep new items in inbox.
  • resume intake when backlog returns to <=30.
• Cross-area ranking contribution:
  • vocabulary can contribute to cross-area rank only through approved point conversion,
  • item stages/levels do not define learner account level.
• Non-punitive continuity:
  • unfinished queue has no penalty.
  • next day queue rebuilds from current signals by the same policy.
• Home integration:
  • Home vocabulary block should point to quick-start when data exists.
• Practice integration:
  • practice result can feed vocabulary via conditional payload sync with dedupe and queue governance.
