EVT 2026-02-18 - Stage C Home Empty-state and On-demand AI Tutor

Session scope

Refine Home post-login behavior for zero-history users and lock visibility rules for summary blocks, required tasks, and AI Tutor entry.

User-confirmed outcomes

1. If user has no study history yet, Home uses empty-state blocks to encourage immediate learning actions.
2. Home keeps three major feature blocks as the top-level summary structure:
   • Quan ly khoa hoc,
   • Quan ly luyen tap,
   • So tu vung.
3. Each major block must have its own CTA path:
   • course block: explore/buy course path,
   • practice block: start self-practice path,
   • vocabulary block: open vocabulary notebook path.
4. If user has not selected goal/profile target, Home shows a dedicated nudge to complete goal/profile.
5. Home remains a cross-feature summary page:
   • feature has data -> show compact stats,
   • feature has no data -> show empty-state with action CTA.
6. Mandatory items (for example placement check or required study tasks) are surfaced on Home.
7. AI Tutor does not auto-open on Home and appears only when user explicitly invokes it.
