Context

Need to close previously deferred success/failure-side logic without adding heavy complexity for users or operations.

Decision

Recovery status visibility:

• Show provisional recovery status right after a qualifying result.
• Confirm recovery as official in the weekly progress pulse.

Escalation after non-recovery:

• If learner does not recover for 2 consecutive cycles, trigger AI Tutor personalized 7-day plan.
• Keep this intervention optional and non-blocking.

High-attention threshold:

• Mark learner as high attention after 2 consecutive cycles without recovery.
• High-attention state is for prioritized support messaging and plan guidance in self-study flows.

Scope guardrail:

• Self-study remains fully automated; no manual CS/teacher intervention is added by this rule.

Rationale

Immediate provisional status gives fast feedback. Weekly confirmation reduces noise and prevents false positives. Escalating at 2 cycles is early enough to support struggling users while still simple to explain and scale.
