Define UX behavior after user opens reactivation reminders and returns to platform.

  1. No dedicated comeback mode.
  2. If user opens notification but does nothing, no special follow-up; keep existing reactivation logic unchanged.
  3. Show a welcome-back popover when user returns.
  4. Show welcome-back banner in UI and keep it visible for the next 7 days of return period; hide after that.
  • Reminder click default destination: Practice Management entry.
  • No additional reward boost for comeback actions.
  • Recommendation priority in comeback context:
    • program relevance
    • ease of comeback
    • freshness of exercises
  • Attribution tracking for return channel is enabled to support campaign optimization.
