Thanh toán - Admin Console (Payment)

Purpose

• Xác định capability của trang quản trị thanh toán: quản lý sản phẩm, giá, khuyến mại, giao dịch, và quyền truy cập nội bộ.

User Roles

• Finance → xem giao dịch, xuất báo cáo, quản lý invoice, thử lại webhook.
• Product Ops → tạo/đổi giá SKU, cấu hình promotion, quản lý catalog.
• Support → tra cứu giao dịch, cấp lại quyền, issue refund thủ công (theo policy).
• Marketing → tạo mã khuyến mại, theo dõi performance.
• Role-based access điều khiển module hiển thị + hành động.

Modules

• Catalog Manager
  • CRUD sku, gán program, productFamily, billingCycle.
  • Lịch sử thay đổi + effective date, end date.
  • Preview card front-end (image/title/benefits).
  • Quản lý giá account-level theo tier/cycle, không dùng billing per-profile trong active scope.
• Promotion Engine
  • Tạo combo discount theo số chương trình, phần trăm giảm, điều kiện (subscription only).
  • Quản lý coupon code (optional) với usage limit, expiry.
  • Simulator: nhập giỏ hàng → preview giá sau khuyến mại.
• Transaction Monitor
  • Bảng giao dịch realtime: txnId, user/account, sản phẩm, số tiền, phương thức, trạng thái (pending/success/fail).
  • Filter theo thời gian, program, gateway.
  • View detail: payload từ gateway, logs, history of state changes.
• Webhook & Retry Center
  • Danh sách webhook pending/failed.
  • Action: Retry, Mark as resolved, Download payload.
  • Alerting: hiển thị badge khi có lỗi.
• Invoice & Tax
  • Tạo/xuất PDF hoá đơn (template).
  • Lưu thông tin doanh nghiệp (mst, địa chỉ, email) theo user.
  • Export CSV hàng ngày cho kế toán.
• Credit Ledger
  • Tra cứu balance, history (credit add/spend/refund) ở cấp account/program.
  • Actions: điều chỉnh credit (manual adjust) với lý do bắt buộc.
• Subscription Manager
  • Danh sách subscription active/past due/cancelled.
  • Thao tác: pause, resume, extend trial, apply goodwill credit.
  • Hiển thị promotion gắn kèm; warning khi thao tác sẽ ảnh hưởng discount.
  • Audit cấp account: bảng userId, plan, cycle, priceApplied, lastModifiedBy.
• Device Concurrency Policy
  • Cấu hình baseDeviceSlots theo tier (Free/Pro/Pro Max) và add-on slot.
  • Rule enforcement: hành vi khi vượt slot (block new session + yêu cầu remote logout).
  • Audit log cho thay đổi policy/slot và lịch sử cấp phát slot add-on.

Audit & Compliance

• Log mọi thay đổi (ai, khi nào, before/after).
• Export audit log theo role/time range.
• Mask thông tin nhạy cảm (token thẻ, phone/email).
• Permission escalate cần phê duyệt (ví dụ hoàn tiền thủ công).

Integrations

• Payment gateway (Momo, cổng thẻ) → API keys quản lý ở admin, thể hiện trạng thái.
• Accounting system (future) → API/CSV push daily.
• Notification service → trigger email/SMS template (thành công, thất bại, renew).

Operational Checklist

• Hằng ngày: theo dõi giao dịch pending, retry webhook.
• Hàng tuần: kiểm tra promotion sắp hết hạn, cập nhật price list.
• Khi launch sản phẩm mới: tạo SKU, test sandbox, đồng bộ content marketing.
• Khi phát sinh lỗi: khoá promotion hoặc SKU, gửi thông báo CS team.

Analytics & Reporting

• Dashboard: doanh thu theo chương trình, ARPU, attach rate (số chương trình/user).
• Credit consumption: biểu đồ mua vs tiêu thụ.
• Promotion performance: số đơn áp dụng, doanh thu incremental.
• Refund rate, fail rate theo gateway.
