Onboarding prompt baseline:

  • After successful registration, user lands on Home and receives the first goal popup.
  • User can skip without any block.

Reminder model change:

  • Remove fixed weekly popup re-ask policy.
  • Use contextual nudges only when relevant.

Contextual touchpoints:

  • Home,
  • Practice Management,
  • Profile.

Frequency cap:

  • Maximum one goal nudge per day per account.

Behavioral boundary:

  • Nudge remains non-blocking.
  • Ignoring or dismissing nudge does not lock any feature.

Feedback:

  • On goal save/update, show quick confirmation popover.
  • Reduces repetition fatigue from fixed reminders.
  • Preserves discoverability of goal setup.
  • Keeps guidance visible while respecting user choice.

Contextual nudges are better aligned with actual learning moments than fixed weekly popups and fit the non-mandatory product direction.
