Finalize Stage A edge rules and onboarding reminder cadence with plain UX language.

User-confirmed outcomes

1. If user is in a specific flow and must login/register then login, after success they return to the exact page/flow they were in.
2. Current product scope is web app only.
3. If user has not answered goal question, do not ask every login.
4. Re-ask goal question with frequency of once per week.

Impact

• Clarifies “come back to where you were” behavior in access logic.
• Narrows channel/platform scope to web.
• Adds weekly reminder cadence for unfinished onboarding goal question.
