AI Tutor Platform - Overview

Purpose

• Xác định AI Tutor là lớp hướng dẫn học tập xuyên module, không chỉ là fallback chatbot.
• Chuẩn hóa cách gọi AI Tutor, cách nhận ngữ cảnh, và cách trả về hành động học tiếp theo.
• Đảm bảo AI Tutor giúp learner học tốt hơn mà không phá luồng tác vụ chính.

Scope

• In scope:
  • Invocation policy và entry contracts đa module.
  • Conversation modes + output artifact taxonomy.
  • Grounding/knowledge priority + provenance transparency.
  • Active-attempt integrity policy (không làm bài hộ).
  • Handoff contracts với Smart Search AI Inline và các module học.
  • Quality gates và rollout governance.
• Out of scope:
  • Chi tiết provider/model infra.
  • Prompt implementation production-level.
  • Billing/entitlement policy chi tiết của gói trả phí.

Positioning

• Smart Search / AI Inline = Layer 1 (xem nhanh + action nhanh).
• AI Tutor = Layer 2 (đào sâu hội thoại + hướng dẫn học).
• Rule nền tảng: on-demand only và không auto-open panel chat.

Baseline Capability Set

1. Giải thích kiến thức (vocab/grammar/concept).
2. Q&A theo ngữ cảnh user đang học.
3. Gợi ý bước học tiếp theo (do-now + learn-more).
4. Tạo mini exercise ngay trong chat.
5. Giải thích tiến độ học khi user hỏi.
6. Trả output có cấu trúc (checklist, mindmap-ready, progress insight).

Integrity & Safety Baseline

• Khi user đang làm bài (active attempt), AI Tutor không đưa đáp án cuối/answer key/full rewrite để nộp.
• AI Tutor bắt buộc dùng hint ladder: orientation -> concept hint -> scaffolded steps -> self-check.
• Sau khi submit bài, AI có thể giải đầy đủ như tài liệu tham khảo học tập.
