Upstream synthesis check

• Có một upstream synthesis doc lớn kiểu DOL AI Coach System Spec đang mô tả AI như một AI operating layer cho toàn hệ, không chỉ một chatbox.
• So với upstream vision đó, source-of-truth lane hiện đã cover khá chắc:
  • 1 AI persona / 3 backend roles,
  • page-aware surface map,
  • shared learner state + scenario vs actual,
  • confirm-before-write,
  • hướng data -> state -> decision -> NLG,
  • AI phải gắn với next action / deep-link, không chỉ trả lời cho hay.
• Các gap còn lại không còn là blocker của baseline, nhưng vẫn là gap thật nếu muốn đạt đúng teacher-grade AI operating layer:
  • learner-state schema vẫn mỏng hơn upstream teacher-state,
  • decision engine hiện thiên về rule-based practical heuristics, chưa tới độ sâu full teacher diagnosis,
  • strict exam mode hide policy chưa phải runtime gate hoàn chỉnh ở toàn bộ surfaces,
  • learner-state update / rehydrate event contract mới rõ theo hướng, chưa phải system contract dày cho toàn platform.
• Kết luận nên dùng cho team:
  • folder AI Tutor Platform/ vẫn là implementation canon,
  • upstream synthesis doc là high-level vision check,
  • mọi gap mới nên được chốt dưới dạng implementation contract ngắn, không copy cả spec lớn vào lane canon.
