1. Build a Sentence (6.0) - Tư duy viết câu đúng

Hai khái niệm từ vựng cốt lõi

Khái niệm	Định nghĩa	Ví dụ
Word Patterns	Cấu trúc ngữ pháp đi sau một từ	refuse to do sth, influential in, a solution to sth
Collocations	Cặp từ tự nhiên đi cùng nhau	submit an assignment, heavy smoker, sing passionately

Chiến lược viết câu 4 bước (DOL’s 4-step strategy)

Step 1: Hình thành meaning (nghĩ câu tiếng Việt)
Step 2: Xác định S-V pattern (chủ ngữ + động từ chính)
Step 3: Tra từ vựng (word patterns + collocations)
Step 4: Ráp + kiểm tra grammar (articles, tense, agreement...)

Ví dụ: Cue “government - measures - encourage - cycle”

1. Meaning: Chính phủ nên thực hiện biện pháp khuyến khích đạp xe
2. S = The government, V = should adopt measures
3. Collocation: adopt measures (không phải take measures). Pattern: encourage sb to V
4. → “The government should adopt measures to encourage citizens to cycle.”

Câu đơn vs Câu phức

Simple	Cue words không có //	1 mệnh đề S-V
Complex	Cue words có // ngăn cách 2 mệnh đề	2 mệnh đề nối bằng connector (because, although, when, if, before, after, despite, while…)

AI phải trích dẫn cấu trúc tổng: When S1 + V1, S2 + V2 hoặc S + V, which + V - luôn hiện rõ S-V pattern + connector.

Error Taxonomy (AI dùng để chấm)

2. Connect Sentences - Liên kết câu

2 Models liên kết

Model 01: Linking Words (A → B. [Linking word], C.)

• Dùng khi phát triển ý theo tầng: topic sentence → supporting idea → development
• Nhóm linking words:
  • Introduce idea 1: “Chief among these is that S+V”, “Perhaps the most obvious point is that S+V”
  • Introduce idea 2: “Another point worth mentioning is that S+V”
  • Introduce khía cạnh: “Regarding N,”, “As far as N is concerned,”
  • Develop idea: Effect (Therefore, As a result), Explanation (This is because), Example (For instance)

Lưu ý quan trọng: Nếu đã dùng linking word → không dùng “this” nữa.

• Sai: “…gain weight. As a result, this can make them…”
• Đúng: “…gain weight. As a result, they are at risk…”

Model 02: Referencing (A → B. B → C.)

• Phần cuối câu trước nhấc lên dùng lại trong câu sau
• Cách refer: This + Verb pattern, This/These + N, Such + N(s)
• 4 cách tạo noun để refer:
  1. Repetition: policies → These policies
  2. Synonym: measures → These solutions
  3. Nominalisation: provide → This provision
  4. Generalisation: carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide → These pollutants

3. Paraphrasing - Viết lại câu

Tư duy cốt lõi: Sentence level trước, word level sau

Sai: Đổi từ 1-1 (synonym máy móc) → chậm, dễ sai nghĩa, phụ thuộc synonym.

Đúng: Chọn Subject mới từ câu gốc → viết lại toàn câu theo subject mới.

4 loại Subject mới

Loại	Ví dụ (gốc: “Students should attend classes at university”)
Danh từ khác	Universities should require students to attend classes
Hành động	Attending classes should be a requirement for university students
There (chủ ngữ giả)	There should be a requirement for students to attend classes

4 Tools word-level (bổ sung, không phải trung tâm)

Bố cục bài Task 1 (Graphs with Trend)

Introduction: Paraphrase đề
Overview:    General trend + General comparison
Body 1:      Detailed comparison (mốc thời gian đầu, KHÔNG mô tả trend)
Body 2:      Detailed trend (các năm còn lại)

Language chuẩn cho từng phần

Introduction: [Subject] + [Verb] + [what] + [time]

• Subject: The chart / The statistics / The [specific chart]
• Verb: show / illustrate / demonstrate / compare / present
• Time: in [year] hoặc over a X-year period, starting from [year]

Overview phải có 2 thông tin:

1. General trend: “All categories witnessed an upward trend except X”
2. General comparison: “Among all, A held the top spot throughout”

Body 1 (Comparison): Cấu trúc [Data],[Comparison]

• Superlative: “30 students chose English, making it the most popular subject”
• Comparative: “A stood at 80, surpassing B by 40M” / “A is twice as high as B”
• Equal: “A stood at 30, similar to B”

Body 2 (Trend): Verbs + adverbs + data

• Tăng: increased / rose / grew + dramatically / steadily / slightly
• Giảm: decreased / declined / dropped + significantly / moderately
• Đỉnh/đáy: hit a peak/low of X in [year]
• Ổn định: remained relatively unchanged at around X

Kiểu Specific: Giống General nhưng Topic sentence giới thiệu cụ thể cả 2 points.

Lưu ý quan trọng cho AI

• Body 2 Causes-Solutions: idea Body 2 (Solutions) phải bám theo idea Body 1 (Causes) - giải quyết đúng nguyên nhân đã nêu.
• Body 2 Causes-Problems: idea Body 2 KHÔNG cần bám theo Body 1 - problems có thể độc lập.
• Opinion dạng: không cần 2 body bám nhau.
